Before founding the startup Alissa Voutova was Group Strategist at Global, leading strategic insight, creative ideation and growth projects. Earlier, she held senior planning roles at Initiative, dentsu, Carat and Posterscope, and founded Savour Drinks, a beta-tested savoury soft drinks venture. She holds a BSc from LSE and an MSc from the University of Bristol.

Newl tackles a very real problem with a product people already say gives them more clarity and confidence, led by a founder who has spent years turning deep consumer insight into practical, tested solutions.

Francis is a personal finance app that turns messy spreadsheets and scattered accounts into one clear, dynamic portfolio dashboard. Connect pensions, property, investments, vested stock and cash, upload statements, or describe your finances in plain language. Built-in AI helps you ask smarter questions about your money, while strong encryption and strict data controls keep everything secure.

Francis is founded by CEO Natalia Corobco, a fintech entrepreneur and ex Google leader in mobile apps, global partnerships and new market expansion, Marzia Niccolai, Chief AI Officer and former Google product and engineering leader with 19 years building AI powered products, and Gavin Kinghall Were, COO and seasoned technologist with 25 years across Google, Microsoft, Skype and Huawei scaling mobile ecosystems and client facing solutions.

Francis could become the default place people see and understand their money, with an AI powered product and a founding team from Google, Microsoft and fintech who know how to scale it.

📍🇪🇸 Barcelona, Spain

Elna is a clinical intelligence platform that turns the latest medical evidence into clear, visual answers for clinicians at the point of care. By distilling guidelines, research and drug data into concise pathways, Elna helps healthcare professionals make faster, safer decisions in real time.

Elna is led by Pau Rué, PhD, an AI and machine learning expert with 20+ years in medical and applied AI, Martina Pagura, a product and UX leader with 15+ years designing complex digital health tools for startups and global companies, and Mariel Beauroyre Hofmann, a growth and strategy lead with a strong background in research, policy analysis and data driven communication.

Elna offers fast, clear medical answers at the bedside, helping clinicians treat patients more safely and giving the company a widely needed service it can roll out across a very large hospital and clinic market.

Ella is a digital baby sleep coach that learns your child’s rhythm and turns pediatric sleep research into simple daily guidance. It gives parents clear schedules, trends, and 24/7 support, so the whole family can rest better.

Ella is founded by Cecilie Roth Rasmussen, a former Capgemini Invent strategy consultant and commercial excellence leader at Ellab with an MSc in Strategy, Organisation & Leadership from Copenhagen Business School. After becoming a parent and seeing how confusing and myth-driven baby sleep advice can be, she went deep into pediatric sleep research and is now building Ella to turn that evidence into calm, practical support for families.

Ella helps exhausted new parents make sense of their baby’s sleep with simple, research-based routines, tapping a massive, recurring market where a trusted early-years app can become a daily habit for millions of families.

📍🇩🇪 Berlin, Germany

Ana is a repeat founder with a background in strategy consulting and fintech product building. She previously founded and led Soundeon, a fintech startup in the IP management space, where she raised multiple VC rounds. After that she spent over four years as a management consultant at Bain & Company, focusing on M&A, due diligence, merger integration and growth strategies, and started her career at EY working on finance and automation projects. Ana holds a Bachelors in Jurisprudence from Lomonosov Moscow State University and a Graduate Diploma in Finance from the University of London.

Second time fintech founder with ex Bain experience who has already raised venture money, now building an AI first product from a deep understanding of how complex financial and enterprise workflows actually operate.

📍🇫🇷 Paris, France

Zoe is a former VC principal and angel investor with a decade of experience across technology investing, strategy consulting and investment banking. Most recently she spent three years at Balderton Capital in Paris and London, leading and supporting investments in B2B software, infrastructure and vertical AI, and previously invested at Newfund while helping portfolio companies with exits, fundraisings and strategy. Before VC she worked as a technology and telecom strategy consultant at Altman Vilandrie in New York and as a technology investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in San Francisco, advising software and hardware companies on IPOs, M&A and financings. She holds a BA in Economics from Yale University.

Ex VC and active angel with deep pattern recognition in B2B software and infrastructure, now switching sides of the table to build her own company, informed by years of backing founders and seeing what it takes to scale from seed to breakout.
