🧑🏽‍💻👩🏽‍🎓 The founders:Hui Lynn Ooi and Gerrard Libscombe form a diverse founding duo with backgrounds in Dental Surgery, Psychology, and Business, including a PhD from Durham Business School, University of Cambridge, and King’s College London. They previously co-founded Denota, a clinical software solution, and bring professional experience such as Innovation Consultant (ex-Haleon).

Early detection changes outcomes. Aileen Health leverages AI to predict disease progression, focusing on incurable diseases where personalized treatment can extend and improve life quality.

🙋🏽‍♀️ The founder:Anna Tidstam, PhD in Product Development and AI (Chalmers University of Technology), combines an engineering foundation with executive experience: VP of Digitalization (ex-Northvolt), IT Lead HPLC (ex-Thermo Fischer), and Head of Software Quality & Virtual Validation (ex-BMW).

👩🏽‍💻The founder:Olga Petrova studied Business Information Management at Rotterdam School of Management. Her career path includes Product Manager & Program Lead (ex-Microsoft), Senior IT Consultant (ex-IBM), and Entrepreneur in Residence (Antler). Since May 2025, she has been building in stealth.
